Donation Gift Cards

Have you ever been faced with the situation of not knowing what to give someone who has everything?  Would you like a way to honor loved ones who are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or some other important achievement?   We would like you to consider giving the gift that keeps on giving by requesting a St. Theresa School Donation Gift Card.. 

The card may be used for any occasion.  We have different card designs that are meant for birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and in general for any special occasion.  The contribution amount is up to you.  All contributions are placed in the St. Theresa of Avila Educational Foundation.  The goal of the foundation is to provide scholarships, assist specific capital improvements, purchase needed school equipment, and allow for improvements in curriculum and staffing.  The primary purpose of the trust is to assist in the future operation and, most importantly, the mission of St. Theresa of Avila School.

The individual to whom the gift is given or whose memory is being commemorated is immediately included in the masses and prayers of the students, faculty, and parents of St. Theresa School.  Through your contribution, a lasting gift is established as the individual is enrolled in our ministry of education, work, and prayer.  St. Theresa School and its students are grateful for your support and generosity!

When you wish to order or use a donation gift card, please print out the donation gift card order form and complete the information for the person enrolled and the name and address of the person to whom the newly designed donation gift card is to be sent.  Mail the order form and the check, made payable to the St. Theresa of Avila Education Foundation, to:
